By installing, accessing, or using RedSec AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Service agreement.
2. Authorized Use Only
RedSec AI is provided solely for defensive security research, educational activities, and assessments performed on systems that you own or for which you have been granted explicit, written authorization. Any other use, including offensive operations or testing without permission, is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable law.
3. Compliance and Responsibility
You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, contracts, and policies that apply to your use of RedSec AI. You agree to obtain all required approvals before performing any assessment and to cease activity immediately if authorization is revoked or expires.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
RedSec AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author and contributors of RedSec AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use or inability to use RedSec AI, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Privacy
RedSec AI does not intentionally collect personal data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform respects privacy obligations and data-handling requirements applicable to your organization or jurisdiction.
7. Updates and Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of RedSec AI after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of this agreement.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke or suspend access to RedSec AI at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse or breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service.
